兰州部队创建等级卫生单位几点做法

【摘要】：目的 :改善部队生活环境质量 ,促进官兵卫生行为养成 ,提高官兵健康水平 ,为增强部队凝聚力和战斗力服务。方法 :依据《“九五”期间全军除害灭病规划实施办法及考评细则》 ,采取了以下几点措施 :( 1)领导重视 ,确立“创建”工作重点 ;( 2 )部门协同 ,形成“创建”工作合力 ;( 3)发动群众 ,营造“创建”活动氛围 ;( 4 )推广经验 ,保证“创建”工作质量 ;( 5)重点建设 ,提高“创建”工作水平 ;( 6)加强管理 ,保持“创建”工作发展。结果 :部队生活环境质量大幅度提高 ,官兵文明卫生行为进一步养成。三年来 ,军区共有 37个建制团以上单位达到了全军甲级卫生单位标准 ,有 87个建制团以上单位达到了“军区级卫生单位”标准。未发生大的流行病、传染病和食物中毒等事故 ,保证了部队各项任务的顺利完成。结论 :从实践中总结出来的经验 ,在创建等级卫生单位活动中取得了较好的成绩 ,并有借鉴作用
[Abstract]:Objective: to improve the quality of living environment of troops, promote the cultivation of health behavior of officers and soldiers, improve the health level of officers and soldiers, and serve for strengthening the cohesion and combat effectiveness of troops. Methods: according to the measures for the implementation of the plan and evaluation rules for the elimination and elimination of diseases in the whole army during the Ninth five-year Plan period, the following measures were taken: (1) the leaders attached importance to it and established the key points of the work of "establishment"; (2) departments cooperate to form the joint force of "creation" work, (3) mobilize the masses and create an atmosphere of "creation" activities, (4) popularize experience and ensure the quality of "creation" work. (5) focus on construction to improve the level of "creation" work; (6) strengthen management and maintain the development of "creation" work. Results: the quality of living environment of troops was greatly improved, and the civilized and hygienic behavior of officers and soldiers was further cultivated. In the past three years, a total of 37 formed regiment and above units in the military region have met the standard of Class A health units in the whole army, and 87 units at or above the formed regiment level have reached the standard of "military regiment level health units." There were no accidents such as epidemic, infectious diseases and food poisoning, which ensured the smooth completion of the tasks of the army. Conclusion: the experience summed up from practice has achieved good results in the activities of establishing grade health units, and can be used for reference.
