探访解放军首个应急保障卫生营

【摘要】：正 后勤应急保障卫生营是解放军在上世纪90年代初期进行卫勤保障改革的一个创新。经试点,这一新型保障模式已在各大战区陆续建立北京军区255医院是一所闻名遐迩的部队医院,在1976年的唐山大地震中,全院2/3人员遇难,但幸存的官兵迅速成立了灾区第一支救援队,先后抢救3000余伤员,被国防部授予"抗震救灾先进单位"称号。
[Abstract]:The emergency support health camp is an innovation of the reform of health service support in the early 1990 s. Through pilot projects, this new support model has been established one after another in various war zones. Beijing military region 255Hospital is a famous military hospital. In the 1976 Tangshan earthquake, 2 / 3 people were killed in the hospital. However, the surviving officers and soldiers quickly set up the first rescue team in the disaster area, rescuing more than 3000 wounded one after another, and were awarded the title of "earthquake Relief Advanced Unit" by the Ministry of National Defense.
