含邻苯二酚基团的黄酮化合物促排急性贫铀中毒效果的研究

【摘要】:目的寻找对急性贫铀中毒促排效果较好的含邻苯二酚基团的黄酮类化合物。方法给予Wistar大鼠贫铀20mg/kg,立即给予黄酮类化合物10mg/kg,连续3d,并设邻苯二酚类化合物8102及DMSO做为对照。3d后做肾功能检测和肾脏、肝脏、骨髓、脾脏等病理观察。结果8102和F1组血清肌酐和尿素氮含量显著下降,F2、T1和T2组的肌酐浓度也显著降低。病理观察显示,T2组肾脏、肝脏几乎无明显损伤;8102和T1次之;F1和QU组肾损伤较重;DMSO组的损伤最重,但较贫铀组轻。结论T2对贫铀敏感器官的保护最好;F1可改善肾功能。这两种化合物均具有做为贫铀促排剂的潜能。
[Abstract]:Objective to find flavonoids containing catechol group which have good effect on promoting excretion of acute lean U poisoning. Methods Wistar rats were given 20 mg 路kg ~ (- 1) of lean U and 10 mg 路kg ~ (- 1) flavonoids immediately for 3 days. Catechol compounds 8102 and DMSO were used as control. 3 days later, renal function and pathological observation of kidney, liver, bone marrow and spleen were observed. Results the contents of serum creatinine and urea nitrogen in 8102 and F1 groups were significantly decreased, and the concentrations of creatinine in T1 and T2 groups were also significantly decreased. Pathological observation showed that there was almost no obvious injury to the kidney and liver in T2 group, followed by 8102 and T1, F1 and QU group, and the most serious injury in DMSO group, but lighter than that in lean U group. Conclusion T2 has the best protective effect on sensitive organs of lean uranium, and F1 can improve renal function. Both compounds have the potential to act as promoters for the excretion of lean uranium.
