边防武警驻滇某部官兵膳食营养改善状况调查

【摘要】:[目的]了解官兵的营养供给改善情况,为指导部队合理安排膳食和改善官兵营养状况提供依据。[方法]采用记账法调查全体官兵2006年1月份及2006年12月份的膳食结构和营养水平。[结果]调查各89人,粮食摄入分别占食物总量的42.4%、45.0%,膳食结构由部分不达标转变为基本达标。蛋白质、能量、Ca、Fe达到或超过正常水平。热量来源及分布均由不合理趋于合理。蛋白质来源均较合理,而脂肪来源由不合理变得合理化。[结论]该部官兵膳食营养水平基本符合军用标准,食物结构日趋合理,膳食质量得以改善。
[Abstract]:[objective] to understand the improvement of nutritional supply of officers and soldiers, and to provide basis for guiding troops to arrange meals and improve nutritional status of officers and soldiers. [methods] the dietary structure and nutritional level of all officers and soldiers in January 2006 and December 2006 were investigated by accounting method. [results] 89 people in each survey, grain intake accounted for 42.4% of the total food, 45.0%, the dietary structure changed from partial substandard to basic standard. Protein, energy, and Ca,Fe reach or exceed normal levels. The source and distribution of heat tend to be reasonable from unreasonable to reasonable. The source of protein is more reasonable, while the source of fat has changed from unreasonable to reasonable. [conclusion] the dietary nutrition level of officers and soldiers basically accords with the military standard, the food structure is becoming more and more reasonable, and the dietary quality can be improved.
