强化科学训练对战士体质及减少训练伤发生率的影响

【摘要】:目的:通过对参加运动训练的士兵在身体素质、形态及机能方面的变化分析,研究负荷强度与机能及训练损伤发生的关系。方法:对新入伍士兵随机抽样32人为强化训练组,43人为普通训练组,分别进行2年负荷强度训练后的身体素质,形态及机能的变化观察。结果:两组士兵训练前后身体形态包括身高、体质量、肌周围度及瘦体体质量、体脂的变化,自身对比或两组对比,比差有显著性意义(t=0.00~24.59,P0.05~0.01);力量素质中的爆发力,灵敏素质,协调性及安静时心率、血压、肺活量、12min跑,比差均有显著性意义(t=0.04~29.00,P0.05~0.01)。随着运动负荷的不断增加,2年后的各项指标均明显优
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the relationship between load intensity and function and the occurrence of training injury by analyzing the changes of physical quality, shape and function of soldiers participating in sports training.
