冬病夏治隔姜灸治疗女性手部Ⅰ、Ⅱ度冻疮的临床观察

【摘要】：目的：通过冬病夏治法用隔姜灸治疗女性手部Ⅰ、Ⅱ度冻疮与自制冻疮酊外用进行对照的临床试验研究,分析冬病夏治理论,初步探讨冬病夏治法防治女性手部Ⅰ、Ⅱ度冻疮的作用机制,评价其有效性、安全性及复发情况,并形成初步治疗方案。方法：采用随机方法纳入63例自愿参加本试验的女性手部Ⅰ、Ⅱ度冻疮患者,分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组32例,对照组31例。治疗组应用冬病夏治法隔姜灸治疗,对照组用冬病夏治法自制冻疮酊外用治疗。两组均在2011年冬季观察冻疮发病时间、自愈时间、皮损及症状情况,治疗组在2012年初、中、末伏第一天正午开始隔姜灸关元、气海、神阙、双侧足三里,对照组用自制冻疮酊涂擦手部往年最易发冻疮处,每日一次,五天为一个疗程,每伏一个疗程,共治疗三个疗程,2012年冬季观察冻疮复发情况。分析讨论治疗组、对照组治疗的有效性、安全性及复发情况等。结果：治疗组采用冬病夏治法隔姜灸治疗女性手部J、Ⅱ度冻疮32例,脱落1例,剔除1例,实得30例,结果显示：未复发10例,复发20例,20例复发受试者皮损及症状轻度复发的为6例,中度为13例,重度为1例,未复发率为33.33%。临床总改善率为96.67%。对照组采用冬病夏治法自制冻疮酊外用治疗女性手部Ⅰ、Ⅱ度冻疮31例,脱落1例,实得30例,结果显示：未复发3例,复发27例,27例复发受试者皮损及症状轻度复发的3例,中度为4例,重度为20例,未复发率为10.00%。临床总改善率为33.33%。结论：冬病夏治法隔姜灸预防女性手部Ⅰ、Ⅱ度冻疮复发的疗效确切,无明显副作用,值得进一步研究。
[Abstract]:Objective: by using the method of treating winter diseases in summer of ginger moxibustion for treatment of women's hands I, II and tincture of homemade chilblain chilblain controlled clinical trial, theoretical analysis of treating winter disease in summer, preliminary study of winter disease prevention and treatment of female hand method of mechanism, second degree frostbite, and evaluate its effectiveness safety, and recurrence, and the formation of preliminary treatment.
Methods: randomly into the hands of women of 63 patients enrolled in this study, the second degree frostbite patients were divided into treatment group and control group, 32 cases in the treatment group, 31 cases in the control group. The treatment group used ginger moxibustion method of treating winter disease in summer, the control group by the method of treating winter disease in summer homemade chilblain tincture topical treatment. The two groups were in the winter of 2011 to observe the onset time, healing time and symptoms of frostbite, skin lesions, the treatment group in early 2012, Mofu the first day begin at noon ginger moxibustion Guanyuan, Qihai, Shenque, Zusanli, control group with homemade chilblain tincture of hand rubbed in the most prone to frostbite. Once a day, five days for a course of treatment, each v a course, a total of three courses of treatment, observation of the 2012 winter frostbite recurrence. Discuss treatment group, control group treatment effectiveness, safety and recurrence.
Results: the treatment group using the method of treating winter disease in summer ginger moxibustion treatment of female hand J, 32 cases of second degree frostbite, off 1 cases, 1 cases were excluded, obtained in 30 cases, showed no recurrence in 10 cases, 20 cases of recurrence, 20 cases of recurrent lesions and subjects with mild recurrence in 6 cases. Moderate to severe in 13 cases, 1 cases without recurrence rate was 33.33%. the total clinical improvement rate was 96.67%. in control group with winter disease method of homemade chilblain tincture for the treatment of female hand I and II degree frostbite in 31 cases, 1 cases were lost and obtained in 30 cases, showed no recurrence in 3 cases, 27 cases of recurrence the subjects, 27 cases of recurrent lesions and mild recurrence in 3 cases, moderate 4 cases, severe in 20 cases without recurrence rate was 10.00%. the total clinical improvement rate was 33.33%.
Conclusion: the effect of ginger moxibustion on the prevention of recurrence of female hand I, II degree chilblain has no obvious side effect, and it is worth further study.
