中西医结合预防髋部骨折术后深静脉栓塞60例临床研究

【摘要】：目的:评价中西医结合预防髋部骨折术后并发深静脉栓塞(DVT)的临床疗效。方法:60例髋部骨折患者(左侧37例,右侧23例),随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组术后采用中医辨证施治,配合低分子右旋糖酐;对照组单纯使用低分子右旋糖酐,2组术后均功能锻炼及穿弹力袜,1周后行下肢深静脉彩超检查。结果:DVT发生率治疗组为3.3%;对照组为13.3%。结论:中西医结合治疗对降低髋部骨折术后DVT的形成积极有效。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the clinical effect of combined traditional Chinese and western medicine in the prevention of DVT after hip fracture. Methods: 60 cases of hip fracture (37 cases on the left and 23 cases on the right) were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 30) and control group (n = 30). The treatment group was treated with TCM syndrome differentiation and low molecular weight dextran after operation. The control group was treated with low-molecular-weight dextran anhydride alone and all functional exercises were performed after operation and one week after wearing elastic socks. Results the incidence of lower extremity deep vein color ultrasound was 3.3 in the treatment group and 13.3in the control group. Conclusion: the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine is effective in the treatment of lower extremity. The formation of DVT after low hip fracture is positive and effective.
