针药三种不同疗法治疗围绝经期抑郁症的临床效应分析

【摘要】：目的:比较电针、中药、针药结合三种不同疗法治疗围绝经期抑郁症的临床治疗效应。方法:将确诊为围绝经期抑郁症的患者随机分为电针组、中药组和针药结合组各40例,治疗1个月后观察比较其改良Kupperman评分、Hamilton抑郁量表评分及血清雌二醇(E2)含量。结果:电针组的改良Kupperm评分治疗前为28.20±2.42,治疗后为12.50±2.02,总有效率为72.5%;Hamilton抑郁量表评分治疗前为24.72±0.45,治疗后为10.60±1.12,总有效率为75%;血清E2含量治疗前为(29.50±12.38)pg/ml,治疗后为(46.36±17.7)pg/ml。中药组的改良Kupperm评分治疗前为30.72±2.47,治疗后为13.30±2.06,总有效率为70.0%;Hamilton抑郁量表评分治疗前为25.37±0.60,治疗后为11.17±1.20,总有效率为72.5%;血清E2含量治疗前为(36.27±11.95)pg/ml,治疗后为(46.56±22.34)pg/ml。针药结合组的改良Kupperm评分治疗前为33.67±1.84,治疗后为13.52±1.91,总有效率为72.5%;Hamilton抑郁量表评分治疗前为25.30±0.75,治疗后为10.12±1.35,总有效率为75.0%;血清E2含量治疗前为(37.77±20.47)pg/ml,治疗后为(55.13±28.26)pg/ml。3组比较,P0.05。结论:无论电针或中药汤剂或针药结合对本病都有一定的治疗效果,三者疗效无明显差异。
[Abstract]:Objective: to compare the clinical therapeutic effects of electroacupuncture, traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture and medicine on peri-menopausal depression. Methods: patients diagnosed as perimenopausal depression were randomly divided into three groups: electroacupuncture group, traditional Chinese medicine group and acupuncture and medicine combination group. One month after treatment, the modified Kupperman score and the serum estradiol E2 were compared. Results: the modified Kupperm score was 28.20 卤2.42 before treatment and 12.50 卤2.02 after treatment in electroacupuncture group. The total effective rate was 72.5% Hamilton depression scale before treatment. It was 24.72 卤0.45, 10.60 卤1.12 after treatment, and the total effective rate was 750.The level of serum E2 before treatment was 29.50 卤12.38 PG / ml, and after treatment was 46.36 卤17.7 PG / ml. The modified Kupperm score was 30.72 卤2.47 before treatment, 13.30 卤2.06 after treatment, and the total effective rate was 25.37 卤0.60 before treatment, 11.17 卤1.20 after treatment, and the total effective rate was 25.37 卤0.60 before treatment and 11.17 卤1.20 after treatment. The effective rate was 72.5. The serum E2 level was 36.27 卤11.95 PG / ml before treatment and 46.56 卤22.34 ng / ml after treatment. The modified Kupperm score before treatment and after treatment was 33.67 卤1.84, 13.52 卤1.91, and the total effective rate was 25.30 卤0.75 before treatment and 10.12 卤1.35 after treatment in the combined acupuncture and medicine group, respectively. The content of serum E _ 2 was 37.77 卤20.47 渭 g / ml before treatment and 55.13 卤28.26 渭 g / ml after treatment. Conclusion: no matter electroacupuncture, traditional Chinese medicine decoction or combination of acupuncture and medicine have certain therapeutic effect on this disease. There was no significant difference among the three groups.
