中西医结合治疗慢性淋巴细胞白血病

【摘要】：正慢性淋巴细胞白血病,简称慢淋(chroniclymphocytic leukemia,CLL)是一种克隆性疾病,以CD5+的B细胞在外周血、骨髓、肝、脾、淋巴结中大量增殖为特征。本病老年人多见,80%的患者60岁。过去认为CLL在我国发生率较低,而欧美国家发病率高,随着中国步入老龄化社会,其总数呈增长趋势。因此,探求中西医结合治疗CLL的方法有重要的临床意义。
[Abstract]:Chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) is a clonal disease with B cells of CD5 in peripheral blood, bone marrow, liver and spleen. A large number of lymph nodes proliferate. 80% of the elderly patients with this disease are 60 years old. In the past, the incidence of CLL was considered to be relatively low in China, while in Europe and the United States, the incidence rate was high. With China entering an aging society, the total number of patients showed an increasing trend. It is of great clinical significance to explore the method of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of CLL.
