中西医结合疗法治疗甲状腺相关眼病56例

【摘要】：目的观察中西医结合疗法治疗甲状腺相关眼病的临床疗效。方法将112例符合病例入选标准的患者随机分为治疗组、对照组。2组均以曲安奈德球后注射治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用柴胡疏肝散。2组均以治疗1个月为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程后观察疗效。结果治疗组治愈率(62.50%)明显高于对照组(40.07%)(P0.05);治疗组总有效率(89.29%)也明显高于对照组(69.68%)(P0.05)。2组CAS评分、突眼度、软组织炎症评分治疗前后相比差异有统计学意义(P0.05),治疗后2组组间比较差异也有统计学意义(P0.05)。不良反应发生率治疗组为5.36%,对照组为7.14%,2组相比差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论以柴胡疏肝散联合西药曲安奈德为主的治疗方法对甲状腺相关眼病有较好的治疗作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the clinical effect of combined traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of thyroid associated ophthalmopathy. Methods 112 patients with thyroid associated ophthalmopathy were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 112) and control group (n = 2) treated with triamcinolone acetonide retrobulbar injection. On this basis, the treatment group plus chaihu Shugan powder group was treated for one month as a course of treatment. Results the cure rate (62.50) in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (40.07), and the total effective rate in the treatment group (89.29) was significantly higher than that in the control group (69.68%). The difference of soft tissue inflammation score before and after treatment was statistically significant (P 0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions was 5.36 in the treatment group and 7.14 in the control group. There was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment. Conclusion Chaihu Shugan Powder combined with triamcinolone acetonide has a better therapeutic effect on thyroid associated ophthalmopathy.
