中西医结合治疗重症H5N1人禽流感1例

【摘要】：正2006年6月12日我院收治了深圳市首例H5N1人禽流感患者,采用中西医结合方法积极抢救,于8月2日治愈出院,现将结果报告如下。病例报告患者江某,男,31岁,货车司机,因发热9天,咳嗽、胸闷、气促5天入院(住院号39840)。患者于6月3日无明显诱因出现发热,伴畏寒,未曾重视。6月7日发热加重,体温高达39．9℃,咳嗽,有白色黏痰;第二天(8日)咳嗽加重,伴呼吸困难、胸闷、气促,大便稀水样,予消炎、补液治疗无好转。6
[Abstract]:On June 12, 2006, our hospital admitted the first case of H5N1 human avian influenza in Shenzhen City. We used the method of combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine to actively rescue and was cured and discharged on August 2. The results are reported as follows. The case report is as follows: Jiangmou, a 31-year-old male, truck driver, is reported as follows. Due to fever for 9 days, cough, chest tightness, shortness of breath, admission to hospital for 5 days (hospital no. 39840). The patient had no obvious inducement of fever on June 3, accompanied with chills, and did not pay attention to it. On June 7, fever aggravated, body temperature was as high as 39.9 鈩，
