中西医结合治疗小儿再生障碍性贫血30例

【摘要】：目的:观察中西医结合治疗小儿再生障碍性贫血的疗效。方法:观察30例,中医辩证,为心脾两虚,肝肾阴虚、肾阳虚3型,分别采用归脾汤加减等对症治疗。西药服丙酸睾丸酮、强的松等。结果:基本治愈16例占53%,总有效率92%。结论:中西医结合治疗小儿再生障碍性贫血,可明显提高疗效。
[Abstract]:Objective: To observe the curative effect of combined treatment of children with aplastic anemia and the regeneration of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine. Methods: To observe 30 cases, traditional Chinese medicine, for the two empty cases, liver and kidney yin deficiency, kidney yang deficiency type 3, respectively by the Guipi Decoction Combined with symptomatic treatment. Western medicine for reducing testosterone propionate, prednisone. Results: the cured 16 cases accounted for 53% conclusion: 92%., the total efficiency of treatment of children with aplastic anemia with combination of TCM and Western medicine, can significantly improve the curative effect.
