中西医结合治疗老年慢性心衰

【摘要】：目的:探讨分析老年慢性心衰患者采用中西医结合方法治疗的临床效果。方法:根据不同治疗方案将2014年1月-2015年12月期间在我院就诊的60例老年慢性心衰患者随机分为治疗组(30例,西医治疗基础上配合活血利水方加减治疗)和对照组(30例,纯西医治疗),将两组患者治疗效果以及治疗前后心功能指标变化情况进行对比分析。结果:治疗组患者治疗总有效率(93.33%)相对于对照组(76.67%)显著偏高(P0.05),治疗组患者治疗效果显著优于对照组。两组患者治疗后CO、SV、LVEF以及6min步行试验等指标相对于治疗前均有所升高(P0.05),但是治疗组患者治疗后上述各项心功能指标变化更为显著(P0.05)。结论:老年慢性心衰患者采用中西医结合治疗的临床效果较为理想,不仅可有效改善患者临床症状,同时也有利于患者心功能尽快恢复,临床推广应用价值较高。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the clinical effect of the elderly patients with chronic heart failure treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.Methods: according to different treatment schemes, 60 elderly patients with chronic heart failure from January 2014 to December 2015 were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 30) and control group (n = 30).The effect of treatment and the changes of cardiac function indexes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results: the total effective rate of treatment group (93.33) was significantly higher than that of control group (76.67), and the effect of treatment group was better than that of control group.Compared with before treatment, the indexes of Cos SVS LVEF and 6min walking test were increased in both groups (P 0.05), but the changes of cardiac function in the treatment group were more significant than those before treatment (P 0.05).Conclusion: the clinical effect of the elderly patients with chronic heart failure treated with the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine is ideal. It can not only effectively improve the clinical symptoms of the patients, but also benefit the recovery of cardiac function of the patients as soon as possible.
