咳嗽变异性哮喘的中西医研究进展

【摘要】：正咳嗽变异性哮喘又称隐匿型哮喘,是以慢性咳嗽为主要或唯一临床表现的一种特殊类型的哮喘[1],临床表现为刺激性干咳,夜间咳嗽为其重要特征。感冒、冷空气、灰尘、油烟等容易诱发或加重咳嗽。中医多数认为本病属"咳嗽"、"哮病"范畴。临床上CVA常被误诊为慢性咳嗽而延误治疗,中西医治疗各具特色,现就近年来中西医研究进展综述如下。1中医研究进展1.1病因病机研究本病病程长、反复发作,基本病因病机为正虚邪实[2]。1.1.1外邪侵袭。罗社文等[2]认为本病病因病机
[Abstract]:Positive cough variant asthma, also called occult asthma, is a special type of asthma with chronic cough as its main or only clinical manifestation. Its clinical manifestations are irritating dry cough and night cough as its important feature.Colds, cold air, dust, oil fumes and so on are apt to induce or aggravate cough.Traditional Chinese medicine most people think this disease belongs to "cough", "wheezing" category.CVA is often misdiagnosed as chronic cough and delayed treatment. Traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment has its own characteristics. 1 the progress of TCM research in recent years is summarized as follows: 1.1 the etiology and pathogenesis study of this disease has long course of disease and repeated attacks.The basic etiology and pathogenesis were the invasion of positive vacuity and evil [2] .1.1.1.Luo Shewen et al. [2] thinks the etiology and pathogenesis of this disease
