针刺配合耳穴贴压治疗心肾不交型失眠疗效观察

【摘要】：目的：观察比较针刺配合耳穴贴压的方法与单一针刺方法治疗心肾不交型失眠的疗效。方法：将60位心肾不交型失眠患者随机等分为两组，针刺配合耳穴的观察组和使用单一针刺的对照组。对照组选取相应头部穴和调理心肾之穴并配合耳穴，对照组则仅选取与治疗组相同的体穴，观察记录两组患者治疗前、后的临床症状以及功能评分，并进行比较。结果：治疗前、后观察组各项因子及总分有显著性差异（P＜0.05），治疗前、后对照组各项因子及总分有显著性差异（P＜0.05），，治疗后两组的疗效对比显示4项因子及总分有显著差异（P＜0.05）而余3项因子并无显著差异（P＞0.05）。结论：两组方法对心肾不交型失眠均有效，但针刺配合耳穴的治疗效果更优。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe and compare the curative effect of acupuncture combined with auricular plaster and single acupuncture in treating insomnia of heart and kidney disjoint type. Methods: 60 patients with insomnia of heart and kidney disjoint type were randomly divided into two groups: acupuncture plus auricular point observation group and single acupuncture control group. The control group selected the corresponding points of head and the points of regulating heart and kidney and combined with auricular points, while the control group only selected the same body points as the treatment group, observed and recorded the clinical symptoms and functional scores of the two groups before and after treatment, and compared them. Results: before and after treatment, there were significant differences in all factors and total scores between the two groups (P < 0.05). There were significant differences in all factors and total scores in the latter control group (P < 0.05), but there was no significant difference in the other three factors (P > 0.05) between the two groups. Conclusion: the two methods are effective for heart and kidney disjoint insomnia, but acupuncture combined with auricular point is more effective.
