中西医结合治疗紧张性头痛40例

【摘要】：目的:观察星状神经节阻滞、痛点阻滞配合中药治疗紧张性头痛的疗效。方法:80例患者随机分2组各40例,治疗组用星状神经节阻滞、痛点阻滞配合中药治疗:对照组40例采用星状神经节阻滞、痛点阻滞治疗。结果:治疗组痊愈34例,好转6例:对照组痊愈23例,好14例,无效3例。治疗组痊愈率高于对照组(P0.05)提示:中西结合治疗紧张性头痛有较好疗效。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the effect of stellate ganglion block, pain point block and traditional Chinese medicine on tension headache. Methods 80 patients were randomly divided into two groups: 40 cases in the treatment group were treated with stellate ganglion block, 40 cases in the control group were treated with stellate ganglion block, and 40 cases in the control group were treated with stellate ganglion block and pain point block. Results: 34 cases were cured, 6 cases were improved in the treatment group, 23 cases were cured in the control group, 14 cases were good and 3 cases were ineffective. The cure rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group (P 0.05).
