【摘要】：正带状疱疹后遗留神经痛(PHN)是皮肤科常见疾病。笔者自2004年6月—2005年12月采用中西医结合治疗本病30例,并与单用西药治疗的30例作对照,现报告如下。临床资料确诊为PHN患者且疼痛持续超过4周。排除:(1)有肝肾功能障碍等系统疾病;(2)妊娠期或哺乳期妇女。60例按照随机数字表法分为两组。治
[Abstract]:Post herpes zoster neuralgia (PHN) is a common disease in the Department of dermatology. From June 2004 to December 2005, 30 cases of this disease were treated with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine, and 30 cases treated with western medicine were compared. The clinical data were reported as following. The clinical data were diagnosed as PHN patients and the pain lasted for more than 4 weeks. (1) system diseases such as liver and kidney dysfunction; 2).60 of pregnant women or lactating women was divided into two groups according to random number table.
