针刺结合催眠疗法治疗原发性失眠症临床观察

【摘要】：目的:针刺结合催眠疗法治疗原发性失眠症的临床观察。方法:将210例患者随机分为两组,治疗组用针刺结合催眠疗法,对照组采用小剂量的帕罗西汀每晨10~20mg口服。结果:治疗组有效率83.64%,对照组有效率84%,两组疗效无显著性差异。结论:针刺结合催眠疗法治疗原发性失眠与口服药物治疗疗效相当,但无药物毒副作用,更易于被患者所接受。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with hypnotherapy on primary insomnia. Methods: 210 patients were randomly divided into two groups: the treatment group was treated with acupuncture combined with hypnotherapy, and the control group was treated with low dose paroxetine every morning 10~20mg. Results: the effective rate of the treatment group was 83.64 and that of the control group was 84. There was no significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion: acupuncture combined with hypnotic therapy has the same efficacy as oral medicine in the treatment of primary insomnia, but it is more easily accepted by patients with no side effects.
