大肠癌患者术后肠道功能紊乱的中西医治疗研究进展

【摘要】：大肠癌手术后患者多出现以腹泻、便秘、大便失禁等为主要表现的排便功能失调,严重影响患者的生活质量。现代医学多关注低位直肠癌前切术后患者的相关症状,从"前切除综合征"入手,对其发生机制方面进行研究。在治疗上则多以对症治疗为主,部分患者能得到症状的缓解,然而仍有部分患者肠道功能恢复困难,症状反复或无法恢复至正常水平。中医学则从辨证论治的角度审机辨证施治。不同医家立法、辨治的观点有同有异,各有特色,临床均收获不错疗效。文章针对近年来中西医取得的研究进展和存在的不足进行探讨。
[Abstract]:Diarrhea, constipation and fecal incontinence are the main symptoms of bowel dysfunction after colorectal cancer surgery, which seriously affect the quality of life of patients. Modern medicine pays more attention to the symptoms of patients with low rectal cancer after anterior resection. In the treatment, the main treatment is symptomatic treatment, some patients can get the relief of symptoms, however, some patients still have difficulty recovering intestinal function, the symptoms repeatedly or can not return to the normal level. Traditional Chinese medicine from the point of view of syndrome differentiation and treatment machine dialectical treatment. Different doctors legislate, the views of differentiation and treatment have similarities and differences, each has its own characteristics, the clinical results are good. This paper discusses the research progress and shortcomings of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in recent years.
