中西医结合治疗伴软组织缺损的严重胫腓骨开放性骨折

【摘要】：目的:探讨伴软组织缺损的严重胫腓骨开放性骨折固定和软组织缺损的修复方法。方法:28例经清创后根据骨折部位、软组织损伤情况,采用外固定支架固定;22例软组织缺损采用邻近肌瓣转移,10例采用中药十一方酒与拔毒生肌膏交替外用(含肌瓣转移部分坏死4例)。结果:28例骨折复位良好,软组织缺损肌瓣转移和中药交替外用Ⅰ期或Ⅱ期植皮全部成活,骨折愈合;发生创伤性骨髓炎3例,占10.7%。结论:支架外固定肌瓣转移中药交替外用同时解决骨折固定与软组织缺损修复,是伴软组织缺损的严重胫腓骨开放性骨折较好的治疗方法。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the fixation and repair of severe open tibia and fibula fracture with soft tissue defect. Methods 28 cases were treated by debridement according to the position of fracture and soft tissue injury. 22 cases of soft tissue defect were fixed with external fixator. 10 cases with adjacent muscle flap metastasis were treated with Shifangjiu and Didushengji ointment (including partial necrosis of muscle flap in 4 cases).
