中西医结合治疗急性右心室心肌梗死33例临床观察

【摘要】：目的:观察中西医结合治疗急性右心室心肌梗死(ARVI)33例的临床疗效。方法:将33例患者分为气阴不足型18例,阴阳耗竭型15例。在规范西医常规治疗基础上,如低血容量者快速扩容,心动过缓者安装临时起搏器,符合时间窗及指征者予介入或溶栓治疗,口服药物AABC治疗方案,结合中成药参麦注射液、参附注射液及生脉散加味、四逆汤加味煎服等治疗。结果:心功能恢复到KillipⅡ级及以上者30例,行溶栓治疗12例,无1例死亡,行介入治疗者18例,无1例死亡,行介入治疗患者心功能改善状况最佳。结论:中西医结合治疗治疗急性右心室心肌梗死疗效满意。
