中西医结合内外兼治治疗2型糖尿病性周围神经病变19例临床研究

【摘要】：目的观察中西医结合内外兼治治疗2型糖尿病性周围神经病变(DPN)的临床疗效。方法将纳入的研究对象随机分成3组,观察治疗前后各组神经传导速度(NCV)、神经病变计分(MDNS)、血液流变学、血糖、血脂等变化情况。结果中西医结合内外兼治治疗2型DPN的总有效率为89.5%,明显优于单纯西医治疗(P0.01),并且治疗后NCV、MDNS、血糖、血脂、血液流变学指标等均有明显改善(P0.05或P0.01)。结论中西医结合内外兼治治疗2型DPN,可明显改善临床症状及MDNS,显著提高NCV,疗效明显优于中西医结合内服和单纯西药内服治疗。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the clinical effect of combined internal and external treatment of type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN). Methods the subjects were randomly divided into 3 groups to observe the changes of nerve conduction velocity (NCVV), neuropathy score (MDNSN), hemorheology, blood glucose, blood lipid and so on before and after treatment. Results the total effective rate of type 2 DPN was 89.5, which was significantly better than that of western medicine alone (P 0.01). After treatment, the levels of blood glucose, blood lipid and hemorheology were significantly improved (P0.05 or P0.01). Conclusion combined treatment of type 2 DPN with combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine can obviously improve clinical symptoms and MDNSand increase NCV.The curative effect is better than that of combined Chinese and western medicine alone.
