电针夹脊穴治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床研究

【摘要】：针灸疗法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病已有多年历史,对本病有着比较好的治疗作用,它提高了颈椎病的康复治疗水平,提高了患者的生活质量,显示出它不可替代的优越性,越来越受到国内外学者的广泛关注,电针颈椎夹脊穴治疗椎动脉型颈椎病疗效确切、可靠,具有疗效高、整体调节及不易复发的优势。目的：发扬中医“辨证施治”提高生存质量的应用体系,创新针灸治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的配穴处方,进一步科学评价运用夹脊穴治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的方法,本课题是对电针颈椎夹脊穴对椎动脉型颈椎病的疗效进行临床观察方法：选出符合本论文纳入标准的椎动脉型颈椎病患者60例,按随机数字表分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用颈背部电针夹脊穴疗法,对照组采用传统针刺治疗方法,3个星期后通过症状与功能评估评价疗效。结果：1.通过椎动脉型颈椎病功能和症状估量表分析,两组患者治疗后与疗前相比各指标都有提高,治疗组优于对照组,两组比较有显著差异(P0.05)。2.通过症状疗效评定分析,两组患者在总有效率方面的比较均有显著差异(P0.05),治疗组明显优于对照组。结论：1.电针夹脊穴治疗椎动脉型颈椎病能够明显提高评分量表中各项指标的评分。2.电针火脊穴组与传统针刺组对于椎动脉型颈椎病均有治疗效果。3.夹脊电针穴治疗椎动脉型颈椎病在治愈率和总有效率、改善患者症状方面明显优于传统针刺治疗。
[Abstract]:Acupuncture and moxibustion therapy has been used to treat cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type for many years. It has a good therapeutic effect on this disease. It improves the rehabilitation treatment level of cervical spondylosis, improves the quality of life of patients, and shows its irreplaceable superiority. More and more scholars at home and abroad pay more and more attention to the treatment of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type by electroacupuncture at Jiaji point. Objective: to carry forward the application system of "syndrome differentiation and treatment" in traditional Chinese medicine to improve the quality of life, to innovate the prescription of acupuncture and moxibustion for treatment of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type, and to evaluate scientifically the method of using Jiaji point to treat cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type. The purpose of this paper is to observe the effect of electroacupuncture on cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type. Methods: sixty patients with cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The control group was treated with traditional acupuncture, and the curative effect was evaluated by symptom and function after 3 weeks. The result is 1: 1. By analyzing the function and symptom of cervical spondylopathy of vertebral artery type, the indexes of the two groups were improved after treatment, and the treatment group was superior to the control group, and there was significant difference between the two groups. The total effective rate of the two groups was significantly different from that of the control group (P 0.05), and that of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. Conclusion 1. The treatment of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type by electroacupuncture at Jiaji point can obviously improve the score of every index in the scale. The treatment of cervical spondylopathy of vertebral artery type by electroacupuncture at Huoji point group and traditional acupuncture group was 3. 3%. Jiaji electroacupuncture treatment of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type in the cure rate and total effective rate, improve the symptoms of patients than the traditional acupuncture treatment.
