中西医结合治疗糖尿病干眼症的疗效观察

【摘要】：目的:观察中西医结合治疗糖尿病干眼症的疗效。方法:选择糖尿病干眼症患者60例(120只眼),随机分为中西医结合治疗组和西医对照组各30例(60只眼),在积极治疗原发病的基础上,西医对照组给予"重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子滴眼液"及"玻璃酸钠滴眼液"滴眼治疗,中西医结合治疗组在西医对照组治疗的基础上给予中药免煎剂冲服配合眼局部中药离子导入、中药熏洗眼及耳穴压豆等治疗,1个月后复查比较2种治疗方法的疗效。结果:中西医结合治疗组总有效率93.3%,大于西医对照组70.0%,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗糖尿病干眼症的疗效优于单纯的西医治疗。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the curative effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on diabetic xerophthalmia. Methods: sixty patients with diabetic xerophthalmia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The control group was treated with "recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor eye drops" and "sodium hyaluronate eye drops". On the basis of western medicine control group, the treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine without decoction and eye local Chinese medicine ion introduction, Chinese medicine fumigation and washing eyes and ear point pressing bean. After one month, the curative effect of the two methods was compared. Results: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93. 3%, which was higher than that of the western medicine control group (70. 0%). The difference was statistically significant (P 0. 05). Conclusion: the therapeutic effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on diabetic dry eye is better than that of western medicine alone.
