中西医结合治疗重度寻常型银屑病疗效观察

【摘要】：目的:观察中药联合阿维A胶囊、NB-UVB治疗重度寻常型银屑病的临床疗效及安全性。方法:治疗组采用自拟中药消银汤100mL,2次/d,口服阿维A胶囊0.3～0.5mg·kg-1.d-1,NB-UVB全身照射,3次/周;对照组口服阿维A胶囊0.3～0.5mg·kg-1.d-1,NB-UVB全身照射,3次/周,疗程均为8周。结果:4周时两组有效率分别为66.7%、60.5%,差异无显著性(P0.05),治疗耐受率分别为88.7%、60.2%,差异有显著性(χ2=6.75,P0.05);8周时两组有效率分别为89.4%、63.6%,差异有显著性(χ2=5.57,P0.05),治疗耐受率分别为89.2%、82.5%,差异无显著性(P0.05)。结论:中药联合阿维A胶囊、NB-UVB治疗重度寻常银屑病疗效好,安全可靠,不良反应少。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the efficacy and safety of traditional Chinese medicine combined with Avera capsule NB-UVB in the treatment of severe psoriasis vulgaris. Methods: the treatment group was treated with 100 mL / d of Avera capsule 0.3~0.5mg kg-1.d-1 + NB-UVB three times a week, while the control group was treated with 0.3~0.5mg kg-1.d-1 of NB-UVB for 8 weeks, and the control group was treated with Avera capsule 0.3~0.5mg kg-1.d-1NB-UVB three times a week. Results the effective rates of the two groups were 66.7% and 60.5% at 4 weeks, respectively. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P 0.05), and the therapeutic tolerance rate was 88.7 / 60.2.The difference was significant (蠂 ~ (2) 6.75) P 0.05 ~ (5) (蠂 ~ (8) was 89.463.60.The difference was significant (蠂 ~ (2) ~ (5.57) P _ (0.05) P _ (0.05), and the treatment tolerance rate was 82.5% (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Chinese herbal medicine combined with Avera capsule NB-UVB has good efficacy, safety and less adverse reactions in the treatment of severe psoriasis vulgaris.
