中西医结合治疗肾输尿管结石103例

【摘要】：目的:观察中西医结合治疗肾、输尿管结石的疗效。方法:中药采用自拟排石汤(金钱草、海金砂、鸡内金、川楝子、香附、丹参、郁金、甘草),配合西药654-Ⅱ、黄体酮、环丙沙星,治疗本病103例。结果:总有效率92.3%。结论:排石汤有清热利湿、利气祛瘀的功效,西药解痉抗感染药有良好的协同作用。
