高血压脑出血的中西医结合治疗疗效评价

【摘要】：正高血压脑出血是一组多发病、常见病,中、大量脑出血(出血量大于或等于30 ml)患者具有高发病率、高致残率、高病死率等特点,病死率一般在30%～40%,其中近15～40%死于急性期,我们自2008-02～2011-03共收治68例出血量≥30 ml的高血压脑出血患者,其中36例常规治疗的基础上采用微创介入颅内血肿清除术,并配合中医治疗,取得较好的疗效。现报道如下。
