痛点阻滞结合针刺治疗枕神经痛疗效观察

【摘要】：正枕神经痛在临床较常见,主要以后枕区及颈上部疼痛,常为持续性亦可阵发性加剧,但发作间歇期可有钝痛,自枕部向顶颞部或前额放射。我院自2005年以来采用痛点阻滞结合针刺方法治疗枕神经痛共68例,现报告如下。
[Abstract]:Positive occipital neuralgia is more common in clinic, mainly after occipital area and upper neck pain, usually persistent or paroxysmal exacerbation, but there may be blunt pain from occipital region to parietal temporal part or forehead. A total of 68 cases of occipital neuralgia have been treated with pain point block combined with acupuncture since 2005.
