中西医结合治疗子宫内膜异位症40例疗效观察

【摘要】：目的:观察中西医结合治疗子宫内膜异位症的临床疗效。方法:将80例子宫内膜异位症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例。治疗组予自拟内异方联合米非司酮治疗,对照组单予米非司酮治疗,疗程均为6个月。观察比较两组治疗前后血清CA-125、性激素水平改善情况,并评定两组疗效。结果:总有效率治疗组为90.00%,对照组为72.50%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗组治疗后血清CA-125及性激素水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:内异方联合米非司酮治疗子宫内膜异位症疗效满意。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on endometriosis. Methods: 80 patients with endometriosis were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 40) and control group (n = 40). The treatment group was treated with nifepristone and mifepristone, while the control group was treated with mifepristone for 6 months. To observe and compare the improvement of serum CA-125 and sex hormone level before and after treatment, and evaluate the curative effect of the two groups. Results: the total effective rate was 90.00g in the treatment group and 72.50 in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P0.05). After treatment, serum CA-125 and sex hormone levels in the treatment group were better than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion: Neiyi recipe combined with mifepristone is effective in the treatment of endometriosis.
