电针对骨质疏松症大鼠骨密度和TNF-α、OPG的影响

【摘要】:目的:以骨质疏松症大鼠为研究对象,观察电针疗法对骨质疏松症大鼠骨密度、血清TNF-α、OPG的影响,探讨电针疗法治疗骨质疏松症大鼠的机理,为临床应用电针疗法治疗骨质疏松症提供科学依据。方法:40只SD大鼠随机分为4组,每组10只:空白组(A组)、模型组(B组)、电针组(C组)、药物组(D组)。所有大鼠在造模之前采用双能X线测定仪检测各组大鼠左侧股骨、L4、L5的骨密度。空白组除外,其余3组均摘除双侧卵巢行去势手术,术后喂养90天,后再次采用双能X线测定仪检测各组大鼠左侧股骨、L4、L5的骨密度。空白组及模型组除外,其余2组分别每天予以电针、药物方法处理4个疗程,共计52天。疗程结束后采用双能X线测定仪检测各组大鼠左侧股骨、L4、L5的骨密度,取血液采用ELISE法测定血清中TNF-α、OPG的浓度。结果:1.与空白组比较,模型组大鼠的骨密度值明显减少,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);2.与模型组比较,电针组、药物组大鼠的骨密度值明显增加,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);3.与药物组比较,电针组骨密度值有统计学意义(P0.05);4.与空白组比较,模型组大鼠的TNF-α值明显增加,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);5.与模型组比较,电针组、药物组大鼠的TNF-α值明显减少,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);6.与药物组比较,电针组大鼠的TNF-α值有统计学意义(P0.05);7.与空白组相比,模型组大鼠的OPG值明显减少,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);8.与模型组比较,电针组、药物组大鼠的OPG值明显增加,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);9.与药物组比较,电针组大鼠的OPG值有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:1.电针治疗与药物治疗均能提高骨质疏松症大鼠模型的骨密度值,电针治疗提高骨质疏松症大鼠模型的骨密度值效果更佳。2.电针治疗与药物治疗均能降低骨质疏松症大鼠模型血清TNF-α浓度,电针治疗降低骨质疏松症大鼠模型血清TNF-α浓度效果更佳。3.电针治疗与药物治疗均能升高骨质疏松症大鼠模型血清OPG浓度,电针治疗升高骨质疏松症大鼠模型血清OPG浓度效果更佳。
[Abstract]:Objective: To observe the effect of electroacupuncture therapy on bone density, serum TNF- alpha and OPG in osteoporotic rats, and to explore the mechanism of electroacupuncture therapy for osteoporotic rats, and to provide a scientific basis for clinical application of electroacupuncture in the treatment of osteoporosis. Methods: 40 rats were randomly divided into 4 groups of 10 rats in each group, 10 rats in each group. The blank group (group A), the model group (group B), the electroacupuncture group (group C) and the drug group (group D). The bone mineral density of the left femur, L4, L5 in all rats was detected by double energy X ray instrument before making the model. The other 3 groups were removed by bilateral ovariectomy and were fed for 90 days after the operation, and then the double energy X ray instrument was used to detect each group again. The bone density of the left femur of the rat, L4, L5 bone density, except in the blank group and the model group, the other 2 groups were treated with electroacupuncture every day and the drug method was treated for 4 courses for a total of 52 days. The bone mineral density of the left femur, L4, L5, and the concentration of TNF- A and OPG in the serum were measured by the double energy X-ray instrument after the course of treatment, and the concentration of TNF- A and OPG in the serum was measured by ELISE. Results: 1. Compared with the blank group, the bone mineral density of the model rats decreased significantly (P0.05). 2. compared with the model group, the bone mineral density of the electroacupuncture group and the drug group increased significantly (P0.05). Compared with the drug group, the bone mineral density value of the electroacupuncture group was statistically significant (P0.05); 4. compared with the blank group, the model was compared with the blank group. The TNF- alpha value of the group rats increased significantly (P0.05). 5. compared with the model group, the TNF- alpha value of the electroacupuncture group and the drug group was significantly decreased, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Compared with the drug group, the TNF- alpha value of the electroacupuncture group was statistically significant (P0.05); 7. compared with the blank group, the OPG value of the model group was clear. The difference was statistically significant (P0.05). 8. compared with the model group, the OPG value of the electroacupuncture group and the drug group increased significantly (P0.05). 9. compared with the drug group, the OPG value of the electroacupuncture group was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion: 1. electroacupuncture treatment and drug treatment can improve the model of osteoporosis rats. Bone mineral density value, electroacupuncture treatment improved bone mineral density value of osteoporosis rat model better.2. electroacupuncture treatment and drug treatment can reduce the concentration of serum TNF- alpha in osteoporosis rat model, electroacupuncture treatment decreased the concentration effect of TNF- alpha in osteoporosis rat model, better.3. electroacupuncture treatment and drug treatment can increase bone thinning. The serum concentration of OPG in the pine rat model is better than that in the electroacupuncture treatment, which can increase the serum OPG concentration in the osteoporosis rat model.

Bone mineral density value, electroacupuncture treatment improved bone mineral density value of osteoporosis rat model better.2. electroacupuncture treatment and drug treatment can reduce the concentration of serum TNF- alpha in osteoporosis rat model, electroacupuncture treatment decreased the concentration effect of TNF- alpha in osteoporosis rat model, better.3. electroacupuncture treatment and drug treatment can increase bone thinning.
