中西医结合辨证辨病中西药互补治疗肝内胆管结石

【摘要】：将肝内胆管结石症,按肝郁气滞、肝血瘀阻、湿热蕴结分为三型用"方1"和"方2"分两步施治和后续依症情再用"方1"和"方2"化裁而成的丸、散或胶囊长期巩固治疗;为防止因追求疗效而带来的偏弊为害,在不同施治阶段,依症情适时采取补弊救偏措施,燮理阴阳平衡,在保证疗效的前提下,将偏弊为害的可能和程度降至最低。通过药物配伍、辨证加减和对用药量的灵活掌控,力求轻散、调畅、活络而不伤阴,涤浊、荡邪、通腑而不败胃的组方宗旨以及在不同阶段使用西药参与治疗的合璧治法是本治疗方法的基本特点。
