肛瘘中西医结合诊疗进展

【摘要】：正肛瘘是指肛管或直肠因病理原因与肛周相通的一种异常管道,亦称为肛管直肠瘘[1],而临床上治疗效果欠佳。笔者根据多年临床经验,对其诊疗进展归纳总结如下。依据肛门视诊及指诊、肛门镜检查、探针检查及瘘管染色等传统手段,肛瘘的诊断并不难。而随着现代技术的进步,直肠腔内超声、CT及核磁共振均可提供三维立体成像,精确展现病变及周围组织的解剖关系,为复杂性肛瘘的诊断提供重要信息。早在汉代《五十二病方》就记载了"巢塞直者,杀
[Abstract]:Positive anal fistula is a kind of abnormal conduit that the anal canal or rectum is connected with perianal because of pathological reasons, also called anorectal fistula [1], but the clinical treatment effect is not good. According to the clinical experience of many years, the author summarized the progress of diagnosis and treatment as follows. The diagnosis of anal fistula is not difficult according to the traditional methods such as anal inspection and digital diagnosis, anal endoscopy, probe examination and fistula staining. With the development of modern technology, both CT and MRI can provide three-dimensional imaging, accurately show the anatomical relationship between lesions and surrounding tissues, and provide important information for the diagnosis of complex anal fistula.
