中西医结合治疗肾病综合征56例疗效观察

【摘要】：目的探讨中西医结合治疗肾病综合征的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析我院近年来收治的56例肾病综合征患者的临床资料。结果治疗组56例肾病综合征患者,经过中西医结合治疗,总有效率为91.07%;对照组67例肾病综合征患者,经过单纯激素治疗,总有效率为74.63%;两组患者的临床疗效经统计学分析,P0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论在治疗肾病综合征方面,中西医结合的治疗方法明显优于单独使用激素的西药治疗。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of nephrotic syndrome. Methods the clinical data of 56 patients with nephrotic syndrome in our hospital in recent years were analyzed retrospectively. Results the total effective rate of 56 patients with nephrotic syndrome in the treatment group was 91.07 after integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine, while in the control group, 67 patients with nephrotic syndrome were treated with simple hormone. The total effective rate was 74.63. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was statistically analyzed (P 0.05). Conclusion in the treatment of nephrotic syndrome, the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine is better than that of hormone alone.
