中西医结合治疗血瘀型产后发热临床疗效及其安全性评价

【摘要】：目的:探讨自拟中药汤剂联合西药治疗血瘀型产后发热患者临床疗效及其安全性。方法:640例血瘀型产后发热患者根据随机分组法分为观察组和对照组各320例。对照组采用西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上结合自拟中药汤剂。两组疗程均为3 d。对比分析两组疗效、体温降至正常例数、白细胞计数及其安全性评价。结果:观察组总有效率(92.50%)显著高于对照组(78.13%)(P0.05);观察组退热时间显著快于对照组(P0.05);观察组治疗1、2、3 d体温降至正常率显著高于对照组(P0.05);两组白细胞计数治疗1、2、3 d显著低于各组间治疗前(P0.05);观察组白细胞计数治疗1、2、3 d显著低于同期对照组(P0.05);观察组不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P0.05)。结论:自拟中药汤剂联合西药治疗血瘀型产后发热患者临床疗效显著,不良反应少,安全可靠。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of self-made Chinese medicine decoction combined with western medicine in treating postpartum fever of blood stasis type. Methods 640 patients with postpartum fever of blood stasis type were randomly divided into observation group (n = 320) and control group (n = 320). The control group was treated with western medicine, and the observation group was combined with self-made traditional Chinese medicine decoction on the basis of the control group. The course of treatment in both groups was 3 days. The curative effect, the number of normal cases, the white blood cell count and the safety of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results: the total effective rate (92.50%) in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (78.13%) (P0.05), the antipyretic time in the observation group was significantly faster than that in the control group (P0.05); Before treatment between groups (P0.05), the white blood cell count in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group for 3 days (P0.05); the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P0.05). Conclusion: the treatment of postpartum fever of blood stasis type with traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine has obvious curative effect, less adverse reactions, and is safe and reliable.
