中西医结合治疗重症急性胰腺炎疗效观察

【摘要】：目的:观察中西医结合治疗重症急性胰腺炎的临床疗效。方法:69例随机分为中西医组35例与西医组34例,两组均实施西医常规治疗,中西医组加用清胰汤,比较两组临床症状、APACHE-Ⅱ评分变化,临床疗效及继发感染情况。结果:总有效率中西医组高于西医组(P0.05),APACHE-Ⅱ评分中西医组低于西医组(P0.05),腹痛缓解时间及体温、血淀粉酶、尿淀粉酶恢复时间中西医组均短于西医组(P0.05);继发感染发生率中西医组低于西医组(P0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗重症急性胰腺炎能够有效缓解症状,提高临床疗效,减少感染等并发症的发生。
