【摘要】：正胃肠道反应是妇科手术中最常见的并发症,不仅增加患者的痛苦,而且影响手术操作。我院自2008年1月以来,对168例妇科手术患者采用甲氧氯普胺(胃复安)内关穴位注射预防患者术中胃肠道反应,并与静滴甲氧氯普胺行对照观察,现报道如下。资料与方法一般资料选择ASAⅠ或Ⅱ级168例择期妇科手术患
