中西医结合治疗脑外伤性精神障碍临床探讨

【摘要】：目的:探讨中西医结合方法对于脑外伤致精神障碍的治疗意义。方法:将96例脑外伤后出现精神症状的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用中药健脑益智胶囊联合应用抗精神障碍西药及高压氧等方法,对照组不采用中药制剂。分别于第2、4周后采用精神病人阴性和阳性症状评定量表(PANSS)对所有病人进行治疗前后评分以判定临床疗效。结果:治疗2周后,治疗组有效率为72.91%,对照组为52.08%,两组比较有显著差异(P0.05);治疗4周后治疗组有效率89.58%,对照组70.83%,两组比较有显著性差异(P0.05)。结论:健脑益智胶囊联合应用抗精神病西药采用中西医结合方法治疗脑外伤性精神障碍临床见效快、疗效确切,能够缩短病程,减少病人痛苦,使病人更好的回归社会,值得进一步探索应用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the clinical significance of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of mental disorders caused by brain injury. Methods: 96 patients with mental symptoms after traumatic brain injury were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine Jiannao Yizhi capsule combined with antipsychotic western medicine and hyperbaric oxygen, and the control group was not treated with traditional Chinese medicine. After 2 weeks, all patients were evaluated with (PANSS) before and after treatment. Results: after 2 weeks of treatment, the effective rate was 72.91 in the treatment group and 52.08 in the control group. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P0.05). After 4 weeks of treatment, the effective rate of the treatment group was 89.58 and that of the control group was 70.83. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P0.05). Conclusion: the combination of Jiannao Yizhi capsule and antipsychotic western medicine in the treatment of traumatic mental disorders of brain is effective and effective. It can shorten the course of disease, reduce the pain of patients and make the patients return to society better. It is worthy of further exploration and application.
