中西医结合治疗脾破裂的疗效观察

【摘要】：正1997~2003年,我们应用中西医结合方法治疗手术脾破裂患者23例,取得满意疗效。现报告如下。临床资料:本文患者36例,经腹腔穿刺、B超、CT影像等检查,诊断为脾破裂16例,其他患者手术室进行探查时证实。其中男24例、女9例,年龄10~52岁、平均38.5岁。
[Abstract]:From 1997 to 2003, 23 patients with splenic rupture were treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. The report is as follows. Clinical data: 36 cases were diagnosed as splenic rupture by abdominal puncture, B-ultrasound and CT imaging, which were confirmed by exploration in the operating room of other patients. There were 24 males and 9 females, aged 10 to 52 years (mean 38.5 years).
