中西医结合治疗老年晚期非小细胞肺癌疗效及安全性探讨

【摘要】：目的探讨中药方剂辅助EGFR-TKI治疗老年晚期非小细胞肺癌临床疗效及安全性。方法老年晚期非小细胞肺癌患者160例随机分为对照组(80例)和治疗组(80例),分别采用吉非替尼单用治疗和在此基础上加用麦门冬汤合百合固金汤辅助治疗;比较两组临床疗效,中位无疾病进展生存时间、中位总生存时间、治疗前后中医证候积分、KPS评分、免疫功能及不良反应率。结果治疗组临床疗效显著优于对照组(P0.05);中位无疾病进展时间和总生存时间均显著长于对照组(P0.05);中医证候积分显著低于治疗前、对照组(P0.05);KPS评分显著高于治疗前、对照组(P0.05);免疫功能显著优于治疗前、对照组(P0.05);不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P0.05)。结论中药方剂辅助EGFR-TKI治疗老年晚期非小细胞肺癌可有效控制病情,延长生存时间,改善临床症状体征,提高生活质量,降低不良反应发生风险。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Chinese traditional medicine (TCM) combined with EGFR-TKI in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods 160 elderly patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer were randomly divided into control group (n = 80) and treatment group (n = 80). The clinical efficacy, median survival time without disease progression, median total survival time, TCM syndromes score, KPS score, immune function and adverse reaction rate before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group (P0.05); the median progression time and total survival time of the treatment group were significantly longer than that of the control group (P0.05); the TCM syndrome score was significantly lower than that of the control group (P0.05). KPS score was significantly higher than before treatment, control group (P0.05); immune function was significantly better than before treatment, the control group (P0.05); the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than the control group (P0.05). Conclusion the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer with traditional Chinese medicine combined with EGFR-TKI can effectively control the disease, prolong the survival time, improve the clinical symptoms and signs, improve the quality of life, and reduce the risk of adverse reactions.
