中西医结合治疗缓慢性心律失常38例

【摘要】：正近年来我们采用西药阿托品类,异丙基肾上腺素结合中药麻黄附子细辛汤加味治疗缓慢性心律失常38例,收到很好效果。现将结果报道如下:1临床资料本组76例均为我院住院确诊为窦性心动过缓、病态窦房结综合征(不包括慢快综合征型)、房室传导阻滞(Ⅰ度、Ⅱ度和高度)等心律失常患者。年龄40～75岁,治疗组38例,其中男性20例,女性18例;对照组38例,其中男22例,女16例。每例患者用药前作肝肾功能、电解质、心肌酶、尿常规、动态心电图等检查,排除尿毒症致高
