中西医结合治疗肿瘤性贫血的临床观察

【摘要】：目的:观察中西医结合治疗肿瘤性贫血的临床疗效。方法:将恶性肿瘤患者100例,随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组采用重组人红细胞生成素(赛博尔),连用4周。治疗组在上述用药基础上配服中药汤剂,每日1剂,水泡后浓煎至250ml,分2次口服。结果:总有效率在治疗2周时治疗组为30%,对照组为16%。在治疗4周时治疗组为82%,对照组为52%。两组间有显著性差异(P0.01)。结论:中西医结合治疗肿瘤性贫血疗效显著。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on tumor anemia. Methods: 100 patients with malignant tumor were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The control group was treated with recombinant human erythropoietin for 4 weeks. The treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine decoction, 1 dose daily, thickened to 250 ml after blistering, divided into 2 times. Results: the total effective rate was 30 in the treatment group and 16 in the control group at 2 weeks. At 4 weeks after treatment, the treatment group was 82 and the control group 52. There was significant difference between the two groups (P0.01). Conclusion: the curative effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on tumor anemia is remarkable.
