中西医结合治疗干燥综合征合并血液系统损害

【摘要】：正干燥综合征(sjogren syndrome,SS)是因自身免疫反应致受累的外分泌腺中淋巴细胞、浆细胞浸润,腺体正常结构破坏,分泌功能减退或丧失而出现一系列腺体分泌功能下降的症状,也可出现紫癜性皮疹,部分患者有雷诺现象、口腔溃疡、关节炎、肾脏、血液系统、呼吸系统、消化道、神经系统等多系统受累,其中血液系统损害很常见。近2年来,我科采用中西医结合治疗干燥综合征合并血液系统损害者25例,收到显著效果。
[Abstract]:Positive Sjogren's syndrome (sjogren syndrome,SS) is a series of symptoms in which lymphocytes, plasma cells infiltrate, normal structure of glands are destroyed, secretory function is decreased or lost due to autoimmune reaction. Purpura rash can also occur, some patients have Renault phenomenon, oral ulcers, arthritis, kidney, blood system, respiratory system, digestive tract, nervous system, and other multi-system involvement, in which blood system damage is very common. In the past two years, 25 cases of Sjogren's syndrome complicated with hematological system damage were treated with the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine.
