中西医结合治疗难治性精神分裂症100例临床观察

【摘要】：目的:观察活血化瘀还原汤配合小剂量抗精神病药物治疗难治性精神分裂症的临床效果。方法:将100例符合《中国精神障碍分类与诊断标准》中精神分裂症的诊断标准,同时经两种抗精神病药物系统治疗无效后,又用氯氮平较大剂量治疗无效的患者给予中药内服配合小剂量抗精神病药物治疗。结果:痊愈42例,显效29例,有效18例,无效11例。结论:活血化瘀还原汤可能改变了中枢神经系统对抗精神病药物的敏感性,使抗精神病药物能够有效的和药物受体结合,从而获得良好的临床疗效。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of Huoxue Huayu reductive decoction combined with low dose antipsychotics in the treatment of refractory schizophrenia. Methods: 100 cases of schizophrenia in accordance with the Chinese Classification and Diagnostic criteria of Mental Disorders were treated with two kinds of antipsychotic drugs. Clozapine high-dose treatment of ineffective patients with traditional Chinese medicine combined with low-dose antipsychotic treatment. Results: 42 cases were cured, 29 cases were effective, 18 cases were effective, 11 cases were ineffective. Conclusion: Huoxue Huayu reductive decoction may change the sensitivity of central nervous system to antipsychotic drugs and make antipsychotic drugs effectively bind to drug receptors and obtain good clinical efficacy.
