中西医结合治疗慢性肾炎30例

【摘要】：目的:观察观察中西医结合治疗慢性肾炎的临床疗效,探讨中西医结合治疗慢性肾炎的优势和可行性。方法:选取60例陕西中医学院附属医院肾病科慢性肾炎临床辨证为气阴两虚证患者,随机分为治疗组及对照组各30例。治疗组在西医对症治疗的基础上,加服用肾炎Ⅱ号方;对照组西医对症治疗。观察两组病人治疗前后血、尿常规、粪常规加隐血、肾功、肝功、电解质、心电图、24h尿蛋白定量。结果:两组治疗结果均进行统计学处理,显示有显著性差异(P0.01)。各项指标的观察结果表明:肾炎Ⅱ号方能够显著降低尿蛋白,治疗过程中未发现任何不良反应。结论:肾炎Ⅱ号方能整体改善慢性肾炎患者临床症状;降低尿蛋白实验室指标;该方剂在服用期间无毒副反应,患者容易长期接受。
