中西医结合加外固定支架治疗胫腓骨干开放性骨折26例疗效观察

【摘要】：目的:观察中西医结合加外固定支架治疗胫腓骨干开放性骨折的临床疗效。方法:26例开放性胫腓骨干骨折,采用中西医结合加外固定支架治疗方法。结果:优16例,良9例,差1例,优良率96.4%。结论:中西医结合加外固定支架治疗胫腓骨干开放性骨折疗效满意。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of combined traditional Chinese and western medicine and external fixator in the treatment of open fracture of tibia and fibula. Methods: 26 cases of open fracture of tibia and fibula were treated with combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine and external fixator. Results: excellent 16 cases, good 9 cases, poor 1 case, excellent and good rate 96. 4%. Conclusion: the treatment of open fracture of tibia and fibula with combined traditional Chinese and western medicine and external fixator is satisfactory.
