中西医结合治疗口腔扁平苔藓67例

【摘要】：目的:观察中西医结合治疗口腔扁平苔藓的临床疗效。方法:先根据病损大小用0.5ml～1ml的康宁克通-A加等容量的2%利多卡因混匀注射病损区,并给予中药一贯煎合桃红四物汤加减。结果:1月后:治疗67例,临床治愈33例,好转31例,总有效率为95.52%。1年后复查65例患者中,临床治愈32例,好转28例,无效5例,复发6例。结论:中西医结合可有效治疗口腔扁平苔藓,前期和后期疗效均较好。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of oral lichen planus treated by combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine. Methods: according to the size of the lesion, the lesion area was injected with 0.5ml~1ml 's Corning Ketong-A plus 2% lidocaine of equal volume, and then was treated with traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Taohong Siwu decoction (TSI). Results: after 1 month, 67 cases were treated, 33 cases were cured and 31 cases improved. The total effective rate was 95.52%. Among 65 cases, 32 cases were cured, 28 cases were improved, 5 cases were ineffective and 6 cases were recurrent. Conclusion: the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine can effectively treat oral lichen planus.
