中西医结合疗法治疗50例老年胸腰椎骨折临床疗效观察

【摘要】：目的：探讨运用中西医结合疗法治疗老年胸腰椎骨折的临床疗效。方法：选择50例住院患者，并随机分为采用中西医结合治疗观察组和西医治疗对照组各25例，观察治疗效果、疼痛情况、生活能力及神经功能。结果：观察组显效16例，有效24例，无效1例，，总有效率96%，疗效明显优于对照组（P0.05），有统计学差异。结论：中西医结合治疗能有效改善治疗效果，值得应用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the clinical effect of combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of thoracolumbar fracture in the elderly. Methods: 50 inpatients were randomly divided into two groups: observation group (n = 25) and control group (n = 25). The therapeutic effect, pain, living ability and nerve function were observed. Results: in the observation group, 16 cases were effective, 24 cases were effective, 1 case was ineffective, the total effective rate was 96%, the curative effect was obviously better than that of the control group (P0.05), there was statistical difference. Conclusion: the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine can effectively improve the therapeutic effect, and it is worth applying.
