穴位埋线加西药治疗癫痫全身性发作型疗效观察

【摘要】：目的:比较穴位埋线加西药与单纯西药治疗癫痫全身性发作型的疗效差异。方法:将52例癫痫全身性发作型患者随机分为穴位埋线加西药组(30例)和西药组(22例)。穴位埋线加西药组取大椎、腰俞、鸠尾、气海为主穴予穴位埋线,配合常规抗癫痫西药治疗,口服丙戊酸钠,成人2.0 g/d,儿童50 mg/kg.d;西药组单纯给予抗癫痫西药治疗。观察治疗前1年及治疗1年间癫痫计分及发作频率,并比较两组疗效。结果:两组患者治疗后癫痫计分、发作频率均减少(P0.01,P0.05),且穴位埋线加西药组癫痫计分减少更显著(6.57±3.29 vs 10.73±2.54,P0.05)。穴位埋线加西药组总有效率为90.0%(27/30),优于西药组的68.2%(15/22)(P0.05)。结论:穴位埋线加西药治疗癫痫全身性发作型疗效优于单纯西药治疗,能显著改善癫痫发作症状,从而提高患者生活质量。
[Abstract]:Objective: to compare the curative effect of acupoint catgut embedding plus western medicine and western medicine alone in the treatment of epileptic systemic paroxysm. Methods: 52 patients with systemic seizures were randomly divided into acupoint catgut embedding plus western medicine group (n = 30) and western medicine group (n = 22). In the acupoint catgut embedding plus western medicine group, Dazhui, Yaoshu, Hatowei and Qihai were taken as the main points for acupoint catgut embedding, combined with conventional antiepileptic western medicine treatment, oral sodium valproate, adult 2.0 g / d, and children 50 mg/kg.d; western medicine group were treated with antiepileptic western medicine alone.
