针灸与穴位注射药物治疗肝癌疼痛30例

【摘要】：目的:观察针灸与穴位注射药物治疗肝癌疼痛的疗效。方法:将60例患者随机分为2组。治疗组30例,采用针灸与穴位注射药物,先针刺,再穴位注射药物,最后艾灸。对照组30例采用WHO推荐的三阶梯药物止痛法。结果:治疗组的总有效率96.67%,对照组90.00%(P0.05)。提示:针刺、穴位注射药物、艾灸三种方法合用共凑益气活血、通络止痛之功,缓解肝癌疼痛。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the efficacy of acupuncture and acupoint injection in the treatment of liver cancer pain. Methods: sixty patients were randomly divided into two groups. In the treatment group, 30 cases were treated with acupuncture and acupoint injection, first acupuncture, then acupoint injection, and finally moxibustion. The control group (n = 30) was treated with three-step drug analgesia recommended by WHO. Results: the total effective rate was 96.67% in the treatment group and 90.00% in the control group (P 0.05). It is suggested that acupuncture, acupoint injection and moxibustion can relieve the pain of liver cancer by tonifying qi and activating blood circulation, dredging collaterals and relieving pain.
