胰腺淋巴瘤的CT及MRI表现

【摘要】:目的:探讨胰腺淋巴瘤(PL)的影像学表现及特点,并与胰腺其他常见疾病鉴别。方法:回顾性分析我院经临床及病理确诊的10例PL患者影像学资料,其中9例患者行CT平扫及动态增强,1例行CT平扫,3例行MRI平扫及动态增强。结果:1例患者为多发病灶,9例为单发,共11个病灶;肿块型10个,弥漫型1个;肿块型病灶最大径范围在3.5~9.7cm,中位数为6.2cm;边界模糊者6个;CT平扫7个病灶呈等密度,4个为稍低密度;MRI平扫T1WI 3例均为低信号,T2WI 2例为高信号,1例为等信号;10例有12个动态增强扫描,均为渐进性轻中度强化,其中7个病灶为均匀强化;8例内见血管穿行。结论:胰腺淋巴瘤体积较大,密度较均匀,增强后呈渐进性轻中度强化,部分病灶内可见血管漂浮征,具有一定的特征性
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the imaging findings and features of pancreatic lymphoma and to differentiate them from other common pancreatic diseases. Methods: the imaging data of 10 patients with PL confirmed by clinic and pathology in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. Among them, 9 cases underwent plain CT scan and 1 case underwent dynamic contrast enhanced CT scan. MRI plain scan and dynamic enhancement were performed in 3 cases. Mass type 10, diffuse type 1; The maximum diameter range of mass lesions was 3.5 to 9.7 cm, with a median of 6.2 cm. The boundary was blurred in 6 cases; Ct plain scan showed isodensity in 7 lesions and slightly lower density in 4 lesions. MRI plain scan T _ 1WI in 3 cases were all low signal intensity and T _ 2WI in 2 cases, high signal intensity in 1 case; There were 12 dynamic enhancement scans in 10 cases, all of which were progressive mild and moderate enhancement, of which 7 lesions were homogeneous enhancement. Conclusion: pancreatic lymphoma is larger in volume and more homogeneous in density, with progressive mild and moderate enhancement after enhancement.
